POLICIES
Thank you for choosing The Tumbling Gym for your specialty acrobatics training. We offer a variety of classes focused on tumbling, tricks, flexibility, strength and conditioning through group sessions, clinics, intensives, workshops, camps and private lessons.
PRIVATE LESSONS
Recurring Lessons
- Recurring lessons are booked for a specific time and day each week for the full season (Sept-June). Please contact us if you are interested in reserving a recurring timeslot.
- All bookings are non-refundable. Please note that we not offer refunds or cancellations of any private lessons, however you may sell or trade your lessons on the TTG Band Group.
Single Lessons
- Single private lessons can be booked on JackRabbit up to 12 hours prior to the lesson start time. For last minute bookings with less than 12 hours notice, please contact us by email or on Band.
- All bookings are non-refundable. Please note that we not offer refunds or cancellations of any private lessons, however you may sell or trade your lessons on the TTG Band Group
REGISTERED CLASSES
- Students are eligible for 1 make-up class per session, provided we receive notification no later than 1 week after the missed class. The make-up class is subject to availability and must be used before the end of the next session. Please book your make-up class directly in JackRabbit.
- Cancellations are accepted up to 2 weeks prior to the start of the session – for the Fall term, the last date to cancel is Sept 15. No refunds or credits will be given after this date.
CLINICS, INTENSIVES, WORKSHOPS AND SPECIAL EVENTS
- Registration is available up to 10 minutes prior to the start time of the class.
- Please be aware that we have a strict no refund, no cancellation policy for clinics, intensives, workshops and special events, however you may sell or trade your spot on the TTG Band Group
REFUNDS
- All bookings and reservations are non-refundable, however, you may sell or trade your lessons or spots on the TTG Band Group: https://band.us/n/aeadbeE0F69fE
- If a sale/trade is made with another student, you must email us with the information in order to update our systems.
OTHER CANCELLATIONS
- Refunds will be provided if a group class, intensive, clinic or workshop is cancelled by TTG due to low enrollment or other reasons.
- Cancellations due to weather or other circumstances will be posted on our website and social media accounts and make-up dates will be scheduled.
MEDICAL EXCEPTIONS
- Medical exceptions for refunds and cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis upon presentation of a valid medical note by a CPSO physician in good standing. The medical note but clearly state that the student is unable to continue participation in the program and must be dated within 3 days from when we receive it. Please submit medical notes to info@thetumblinggym.ca and include the student’s full name, date/time/name of class and the coach name.
