Thank you for choosing The Tumbling Gym for your gymnastics and acrobatics training. We offer a variety of classes focused on tumbling, tricks, flexibility, strength and conditioning through group sessions, clinics, intensives, workshops, camps and private lessons.

For the 2024-2025 season, there will be 4 terms as follows:

Term 1 Fall: Sept 3 – Dec 23, 2024 (15 weeks)
Term 2 Winter: Jan 4 – April 5, 2025 (12 weeks – excludes March Break)
Term 3 Spring: April 6 – Jun 28, 2025 (12 weeks)
Term 4 Summer: Jun 29 – Aug 30, 2025 (8 weeks)

 

Payments

  1. Payments for all services must be made before the start of the first class.
  2. Payments can be made in cash or by e-transfer to: thetumblinggym@gmail.com. In the notes of the e-transfer, please provide the child’s full name, date/time/name of the class and coach name.
  3. Unfortunately, we do not accept credit cards at this time.
  4. Late fees, refunds and cancellation policies are listed below. 

 

Private Lessons

  1. Due to high demand, space for private lessons is limited. Bookings will open 15 days before the next term begins.
  2. Available spots are bookable online up to 48 hours before the start time. If you are interested in an open spot less than 48 hours before the start time, please contact us directly to book.
  3. All bookings are non-refundable but can be cancelled for credit or rescheduled with at least 48 hours advanced notice. Credits can be applied to any type of lesson (privates, group, intensives etc.) we offer during the 2024-2025 season.
  4. Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability and failure to cancel or provide notice 48 hours prior to your start time will result in forfeiture of the session.
  5. The refund and cancellation policies listed in this section applies to all types of private sessions including solo/semi/trio, one-time, weekly and bi-weekly recurring bookings.

 

Permanent/Recurring Bookings

  1. Private lessons can be booking on a one-time basis, or as weekly or bi-weekly recurring bookings for the duration of a term.
  2. Payments for the first month of lessons is due at time of booking. Payments not received within 48 hrs of booking will incur a 15% late fee. If payment is not made within 5 days of booking your spot will be released and open for booking by others.
  3. Future payments for recurring lessons are due on the 1st of the month for all the upcoming scheduled lessons in that month (i.e. Nov 1st payment will be for all lessons scheduled in November). If paying by e-transfer, it is highly suggested to set an auto-payment to avoid late penalties. Any payment not received by the 3rd of the month will incur a 15% late fee which must be paid before the next lesson. If payment is not received by the 5th of the month your spot will be released and open for booking by others.
  4. Cancellation of your permanent spot must be received in writing 14 calendar days before payment is due (i.e. the 16th or 17th of the month).
  5. Students with permanent bookings and no outstanding fees are able to pre-book their existing timeslot for the next term 30 days before the next term begins. All continued permanent slots and must be booked with the first month paid at least 16 days before the next term begins otherwise the timeslot will be released for booking by others.

 

Group Classes

  1. Full payments for the group classes is required prior to the start of the first class.
  2. Cancellations received in writing up to 2 weeks prior to the start of the first class will receive a full refund. Cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior but before the start of the first class are eligible for a full credit valid for 1 year.
  3. No refunds or credits are issued once a class has started, however students are eligible for 2 make-up classes for each term. These make-up classes are only valid for another group class, subject to availability, and must be completed within 1 year.

 

Clinics, Intensives, Workshops

  1. Full payment for services is required prior to the start of the first session.
  2. Drop-ins can be accepted if space is available. Please check online or contact us for more information.
  3. Please be aware that we have a strict no refund, no cancellation policy for clinics, intensives and workshops.
  4. Once your registration is confirmed and payment is made, it is non-refundable, however if you are unable to attend the event and you notify us at least 72 hours prior to the start of the event, a credit will be issued. This credit can be used towards a future clinic/intensive/workshop only (cannot be applied towards private lessons or group sessions).

 

Other Cancellations

  1. Refunds will be provided if a group class, intensive, clinic or workshop is cancelled by TTG due to low enrollment or other reasons.
  2. Cancellations due to weather or other circumstances will be posted on our website and social media accounts. Parents with classes that are cancelled will also be emails or called directly. You will not be charged for these types of cancellations.

 

Medical Exceptions

  1. Medical exceptions for refunds and cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis upon presentation of a valid medical note by a CPSO physician in good standing. The medical note but clearly state that the student is unable to continue participation in the program and must be dated within 3 days from when we receive it. Please submit medical notes to info@thetumblinggym.ca and include the student’s full name, date/time/name of class and the coach name.
